IP55-protected HMI enclosures from LOHMEIER

Vlotho – Cabinet expert LOHMEIER offers the new BAE and BAV series of HMI enclosures. The boxes, which are made of powder-coated sheet steel, come in four (BAV) and six (BAE) sizes between 400 x 300 x 210 mm and 600 x 600 x 300 mm. They are designed for installation with the CS 3000 pendant-arm system which allows for flexible integration even in confined spaces. The roof features mounting drillings and a zinc-coated reinforcement element. The enclosures allow for comfortable access; the front has the largest possible cutout and is fitted with an aluminum panel. BAE models feature a rear door without interior profiles. BAV models feature a front door onto which the aluminum panel has been fitted, thus allowing users to alternatively mount BAV units on walls or on machine bodies. In both models, the doors are hinged on the right. Vertically screwed, stylish handhold profiles on both sides make the pendant-arm mounted units easy to handle. A seamless PU sealing ensures IP55 protection. The new enclosures are cost-efficient and available on short notice. If required, LOHMEIER designs customized versions to suit specific applications.
